The idea for my happenings project was to construct wearable woodblock prints so that I could leave a trail of hand prints where I walked. Though it took a lot of time and effort and I suffered great pains during the carving phase and despite the lack of practicality , I feel that my heart was in the right place.

Paper model project
Based on a poem by a fellow student, I set out to illustrate their ideas in paper machet. Using only paper, gesso, and inks.

Architecture HW
Architecture project is complete. I drew inspiration from Art Deco and Greek Antiquity. I used balsa wood for the foundation and as support for the foam board cut-outs. I drew designs on most of the foam boards. Using more balsa wood and masking tape I made little supporting structure beans between the foam boards to hold them up and keep them up. The columns are made using strips of balsa wood, clear tape, paper and wood glue to keep them still.
I liked the idea of using Art Deco and Ancient Greek because one is purely classical seeking beauty in nature and the other more modern, angular and creative.
